you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service
specialist within 30 days of delivery at 602-792-0000
or by e-mail
at info@ShopRattlers.com.
Please supply the specialist with your order number, item number
and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The
specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
ShopRattlers.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the
item in a timely manner. We will cover shipping charges if there
was damage to the item due to shipping.
